Rather than telling our customer what we offer and how much it will cost, we like to ask our clients what they want or expect from their Realtor, and then offer a choice of one of several different marketing plans. Specifically we have designed 3 different plans, each one to compliment the needs of our different clientele.

January 1, 1995 was the day the doors opened at SmartMove, a revolutionary new company founded on the principles of providing customers with Real Choice and Real Value in Today's Real Estate Market. Since the inception of SmartMove, Gary Brown had remarkable success earning the MLS Gold ranking year after year. In fact, Gary ranked in the top ten of all Realtors in Victoria. Gary achieved the title of "Salesman of the Year" for the highest number of transactions and again "Salesman Of The Year" 2007 with both the highest number of transactions and the highest dollar volume. While these awards are no longer presented by the Victoria Real Estate Board Gary and each of the SmartMove team of REALTORS continue to win awards for service excellence while offering high value for a low cost.
