That's great, but will other Realtors show my house?

Of course! Some companies believe that the lowest commission is the best. We don't. We believe on working with the MLS community and ensuring a fair paycheck for work done. Therefore, it is a company policy that our Realtors always pay co-operating brokers an industry average finder's fee (usually 3% on the first $100,000 and 1.5% on the balance). The result is full co-operation with all Realtors.
